Due to the nature of preloved bags, all sales are final. We cannot accomodate any returns for items bought.

We attempt to honestly describe any defects present in our items, however, if you require further information or pictures of any handbag, please contact us via @LuxeBagCandy and we will be happy to provide any requested details. At LuxeBagCandy we describe the bags based on the Exterior, Interior, and Hardware condition. All accessories that come with the purchase will be included either in the pictures or item description.
